4. Enjoy Waking Up Without Pain
Now that I'm closing in on 60, there are many days I wake up with a stiff neck, aching shoulders, sore feet... I wish I could tell my younger self to enjoy waking up without thinking about how my body felt, because I didn't have any discomfort back then. Oh, and I would tell myself to be careful with my body because I need it to stay healthy for a long time.
