Do meditation at least twice a day to ease your mind — which will ultimately help you sleep. Meditating for at least 40 minutes (no less) will help stimulate the gray matter in your brain and rewire the thought patterns that trigger stress.

Before you go to bed, meditate on “how you did your best today” and how you’ll prepare yourself for tomorrow by getting some good rest.
