19. Eat A Beauty-Conscious Diet
There are plenty of age-reversing nutrients that you can make part of your daily diet that will help boost the strength of your skin, regenerate cell growth, and repair damage.

"Studies show that women’s skin loses about 30% of its collagen during the first 5 years of menopause. After that, the decline is more gradual. Women lose about 2% of their collagen every year for the next 20 years," Dr. Lortscher explains. "But there is not a uniform agreement on the subject of nutrition and skin aging. Antioxidant intake may help protect skin from oxidative stress, which in turn, may induce aging changes; however, high doses may be unhealthy.  A diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables is probably the safest way to achieve beauty from the inside."

A balanced diet including plenty of antioxidants (colorful vegetables and fruits) and healthy fats (nuts, seeds, fish, olive oil) can support good skin, but protecting your skin from sun damage and applying proper skin care treatments are important to remember as well.
