13. Become Comfortable Eating Alone
It can feel awkward at first taking a meal alone at a busy restaurant, but push yourself to try it instead of squirreling up with room service. To feel less stared-at, you can eat at the bar where you can talk to other patrons and the bartender. Or if you prefer a table, eat at non-peak hours when restaurants are more empty, taking some of the stress out of the scenario.
