13. The York Diamond Tiara
The York Diamond Tiara was gifted to Sarah, Duchess of York, in honor of her wedding day. She married Prince Andrew, Queen Elizabeth II's son, in 1986, and rather than wearing an existing tiara from the royal vault, Queen Elizabeth bought her this sparkler from Garrard. During the wedding, Sarah was seen wearing a flower crown at first, which she took off after signing the marriage registry to reveal her tiara. It marked her transition from commoner to royal.

The tiara became part of Sarah's own growing collection, and she was allowed to keep it after she and Prince Andrew divorced in 1996.
