17. Cambridge Lover's Knot Tiara
One of Princess Diana's favorite headpieces was the Cambridge Lover's Knot Tiara. The tiara was originally commissioned by Queen Mary of Teck in 1914, and created by the House of Garrard. According to Town & Country, Queen Mary modeled it after her grandmother Princess Augusta of Hesse's tiara, which was the original Cambridge Lover's Knot headpiece.

It was then passed onto Queen Elizabeth II, who loaned the tiara to Princess Diana as a wedding gift. It was one of her most-worn headpieces, and now Kate Middleton is known for wearing it.
