6. The Fringe Tiara
The Fringe Tiara is a wedding staple for the British monarchy. It began its life as a fringe necklace owned by Queen Elizabeth's grandmother, Queen Mary of Teck. She received it from Queen Victoria (her first cousin once removed) but quickly transformed it into a tiara which she wore often.

It was later gifted to Princess Elizabeth, who wore it on her wedding day when she wed Prince Philip in 1947. Decades later, their daughter, Princess Anne, chose to wear the same tiara on her own wedding day in 1973. And then Princess Beatrice, Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter and Princess Anne's niece, donned it on her head during her intimate 2020 wedding.
