Morticia understood sex appeal. She oozed it. While not the most conventional of mothers, Pugsley and Wednesday clearly adored her. Like many other of the mothers on my list, it was her calmness that most appealed to me. I was also convinced I would one day cut the heads off of roses while skillfully arranging their stems in a vase.
