24. Potato Wedges
Accidentally putting too much salt into a stew or chili might make you feel like there's no turning back, but there's an easy way to absorb some of that excess sodium. Cut a few potato wedges and drop them into the pot. Let the wedges cook with the soup for about 10 minutes, and then take them out. The potatoes will soak up the extra salt, and your meal will be back on track!
