12. When Was The Last Time You Slept Through The Night?
The older we get, the more sleep disruptions we experience. It takes longer to fall asleep, REM sleep declines, we wake up more throughout the night, and of course, we have to visit the bathroom more often. Make sure your mattress and pillows are comfortable, the room is nice and dark, limit your liquids, and try not to watch TV or surf the web before bed.
