12. Don't Forget About All The Bad Stuff
When you're feeling low about your breakup or divorce, it's easy to trick yourself into believing your relationship wasn't "that bad." But don't let yourself fall into that trap. Talk to your inner circle about the things that went wrong and saying it out loud will help remind you that you truly are better off without the toxic relationship. It might not be easy, but it will be worth it. You owe it to yourself to be happy, in any case.
