25. Learn To Like Yourself
The reason we have low self-confidence is because we don't actually like who we are. But you are all you have, and there are so many people around you that see you for the gem that you are. So why can't you see those same traits?

Sit down with yourself for 15 minutes a day and take a deep dive into who you really are. Take out a piece of paper if you have to and write down what you like about yourself. Study that list and keep adding to it, uncovering all the great traits about yourself. Then write down what you don't like, and action steps on how to change them into something better. Embracing who you are fully, rather than just passively disliking yourself, will boost your confidence through the roof.
