12. Find The Good
While it's important to acknowledge any hurtful or negative feelings, you also shouldn't wallow in dark clouds. While you're working through your disappointments, also look for the good in your life.

Flip your perspective and seek out the happy moments in your day, and hold onto them. Is the house less chaotic now that you have no one to fight with? Do you love the way your kid sits down with you to talk as you make dinner? Have you been able to explore new interests now that there's no one adding in their two-cents? Follow the good, and you will begin to see your life is full of happiness just waiting to be noticed.
