5. Start Setting Goals
When you accomplish a goal your self-confidence will be at an all time high, so if you're feeling down in the dumps start striving towards something.

Write it down and break it up into a series of small goals that you can work towards. Create action steps and deadlines, and jump into the tasks. It can be something as simple as writing a blog post everyday to foster a writing hobby, or something more time-consuming like training for a marathon or taking language classes. But keep at it!
