9. Focus On Giving Back
Get yourself out of your head and your own spiral of problems by opening up your heart towards others. It puts things into perspective when you step outside of your own story and see what other people are experiencing around you. Whether that's volunteering at a women's organization like Dress for Success (which helps you dress underprivileged women for upcoming interviews,) donating things to shelters, or volunteering at an animal shelter, giving back will help boost your mood.
