Get Fired Up For Diane Keaton In 'Poms'
It's never too late to become a cheerleader. Check out the trailer for this upcoming film about a competitive cheerleading squad of retirees.
Diane Keaton has been proving that getting older doesn't mean having less fun. She's been killing it on Instagram with her unique fashion sense and #OOTD pics, and her role in Book Club last year proved that women can be funny and sexy at any age.
The 73-year-old is at it again with Poms. Keaton, along with Jacki Weaver and Pam Grier, stars in this movie about a group of women who form a competitive cheerleading squad in their retirement community. "We're all so worried about what everyone else is thinking," Keaton says in the trailer, "when the only thing that really matters is what we think of ourselves."
As the women face various obstacles — including knee problems — plenty of hilarious moments ensue, but it's obvious that the film touches on issues that go even deeper, from illness to aging to friendship.
Give us a P! Give us an O! Give us an M and an S! We'll be heading to the theaters on May 10 when Poms is released. How about you?
