9. Florida: Libraries
Florida has fewer libraries per person than any other state in the United States, making it hard for book lovers. But that doesn't mean that individual communities haven't rallied to fix the problem. In 2020, a creative initiative called the 'Little Free Libraries' program distributed 500,000 books in Lake Worth Beach. These "libraries" are small mailboxes around town, which are filled with free books for residents to borrow and return at their leisure.
