13. Focus On One Nice Thing A Week
Rather than obsessing about all the things you wish to change, commit yourself to change perspectives: Rather than obsessing over the negatives, put your energy into focusing on the positives.

Once a week, pick out one thing you love about yourself, and stare at it in the mirror. Complement your eyes, moon over how nice your shoulders look, appreciate how great your calves are - whatever. And each week, add something new to the list. Within a month you'll quickly realize you have more nice bits than you realized.
