7. Mentally Compliment People
If we feel down about our bodies, we often times begin to nitpick others', too. In order to break the cycle, get in the habit of complimenting people in your head as they pass you. Exclaim how you love that one woman's hair, how that one full-figured lady looks amazing in shorts, how the other looks gorgeous in her dress. Start becoming freer with the praise (and mean it) and you might start becoming less critical of your own self, too.
