Take a glimpse at your problem area, and let the usual sighs roll. Then, imagine if your best friend said the same thing about her body that you just said. Would you be just as critical?

Chances are, no. The next time you harp on your thighs, tummy, or anything, reverse roles and try to imagine what you would say if this was your best friend's speech. Try to show yourself that same amount of kindness.
