'All My Children' Stars: Then And Now
10. Jill Larson
Jill Larson portrayed Opal Cortlandt from 1988 to the series' end in 2011. Before her stint as Opal, Larson was both a model and a Broadway star. She got her big break as a model in Paris, and quickly began appearing in major American and European fashion spreads. She then moved from modeling to Broadway, with her debut being in Death and the King's Horseman (1977). By the mid-1980s, Larson made her switch to daytime TV, and worked briefly on As the World Turns and One Life to Live before landing in All My Children.
