'All My Children' Stars: Then And Now

2. David Canary
David Canary became a household name when he landed the role of ranch foreman Candy Canaday on the TV Western Bonanza, which eventually led him to being cast in the 1967 classic Hombre, where he starred opposite Paul Newman.

In 1983, Canary joined the soap opera world when he landed the iconic role of Adam Chandler (and his meek twin brother, Stuart) on All My Children. Canary left the show in 2010 when he retired from acting, but he appeared on and off for guest spots until the series' end in 2011.
