10. Make Yourself Comfortable
Your body temperature has to be just right in order for you to relax and fall asleep. If you are too cold, try wearing socks to bed, or take a warm shower so you aren't cold when you get into bed. If you tend to be cold, try a heated mattress pad. If you are too warm, you can also have difficulty falling asleep. Hot flashes and night sweats can make sleep challenging. Try a cooling shower for those nights to make falling asleep easier.
