15. Temporarily Take A Sleep Aid To Reset The Cycle
While relying on a prescription isn't something you'd want to do long-term, sometimes it helps to take an Rx pill to get yourself out of a nasty cycle. If you don't want to go the Ambien route, try an over-the-counter option such as Simply Sleep.

Limiting the frequency, such as taking one pill at night once every one or two weeks, should prevent addiction but can still help keep your sleep cycles on track.
