6. Slow Down Eye Wrinkles
While you can't stop nature and erase eye wrinkles completely, you can soften their appearance and slow their production. "My personal regimen for keeping my 48 year-old eyes completely wrinkle free involves the use of an exfoliating sponge, use of neurotoxin like Dysport, and a vitamin C/E cream," Dr. Shah says. "I started 10 years ago with this regimen, and my eyes have not aged!"

Creams with retinol can also help treat wrinkles in the crows feet area. "A retinol is a milder retinoid, available without a prescription in over-the-counter products at a maximum concentration of 2%; any higher may cause significant irritation," Dr. Lortscher says. Several creams that he recommends are Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Eye Cream and Glow by Dr. Brandt Revitalizing Retinol Eye Cream.

But of course, prevention is the best thing you can do to fight your lines. "Try to wear sunglasses and a hat or visor as much as practical, and don’t forget that these lines reflect your sunny disposition!" says Dr. Lortscher.
