Harlow was one actress who was open about how she kept her 33-25-35 figure. She typically followed a tomato-based "four-day diet," similar to an Atkins diet, whenever she needed to drop weight before movies. Two whole tomatoes and black coffee was consumed at every meal except breakfast, which was made up of only black coffee and orange juice. As for exercise, she worked with Donald Loomis, MGM's in-house trainer, and practiced rope jumping and calisthenics.
