10. Marilyn Monroe
To this day, Marilyn Monroe's body is an ideal women strive for. She practiced swimming, tennis and calisthenics but also added in light weight training—something new to Hollywood's fitness trends. She also eventually turned to yoga for a full-body routine, practicing with yogi Indra Devi. For food, she usually skipped lunch and started the day with two raw eggs mixed in hot milk plus a multivitamin pill. For dinner, she ate high-nutrient meat such as lamb chops, steak or liver.
