10. You make new workout friends who will motivate you.
If your circle of friends isn't on the exercise kick like you are, it can be tricky to stay motivated and that's where new workout buddies come in. Whether you're working out at the gym, doing a group exercise class, or running at a track, try to buddy up with like-minded people who share similar goals. That way, you'll have some accountability and you can even commiserate with them when you're having an off day — then celebrate when you hit a goal.
