7. You won't be perfect.
Re-commiting yourself to working out doesn't mean that ALL of your unhealthy habits will immediately fly out the window. Let's be realistic: You still love chocolate, you'd still probably rather take a nap than hit the gym, you wish walking would burn more calories than running, etc. So don't beat yourself up too bad if you indulge and have ice cream once in a while. Or sleep through a workout. Listen to your body and celebrate your successes, while being gentle on yourself when you slip. It's all part of the process and there will come a time when you decide a pizza isn't worth the hours at the gym it will take to burn it off.
