12. Working out will become your routine — in the best way.
There comes a point when you look back at the time when you didn't exercise and wonder how you could've gone so long without sweating (minus that time you ate a burrito on the couch on a hot day). Then you promptly vow never to let that happen again. You look better, feel better, sleep better, and generally live a happier, healthier life when you're active, and once you realize that, you'll promise yourself to maintain this exciting new normal. Way to go!
