The first time you opt out of drinking margaritas until 2 a.m. in favor of waking up at 7 a.m. to sweat, you'll really feel like your life has shifted. And it's a good thing! You don't have to totally sacrifice your social life, but making healthy choices like that is part of that "adulting" crap we keep hearing about.
