4. Create One Goal For One Week
To move things along a little, start off with giving yourself one goal per week. Say you want to learn more about fashion history. One week, set a goal to look up books you might be interested in reading. The next week, the aim is to go to the library and pick them up. The week after that, you can look up and see if there are any fashion exhibits near where you live – and so it keeps going.
