1. Weight = Work
For me, weight seems like it will always be work. While it may seem pessimistic or depressing, it is a reality that I need to accept- I will always have to work on my weight. It will always be challenging to keep from eating that box of cookies when I'm upset. It will always be hard to pass on another piece of chocolate.

I know some people they have no problem walking away from sweets, but they call out to me- loudly! And there have been many times I thought all this was behind me, only to have it creep back into my life. So, better to just accept it and not obsess over it. I just know I will always have to have to work around what I eat.
