5. Use Your Body To Create Something
If you have a habit of reducing your body's worth to a waist size, then use it for something else. Create something with it! Whether that's using your hands to delve into a hobby of baking or painting, your legs to start hiking or running, or your fingers to start typing and writing - show yourself that your body is there for you to do amazing things with. It doesn't matter in what size jeans it fits into; it has more important things to engage in than that!
