11. Focus On What You're Good At
So you can't run a mile without dying, so what? Rather than focusing on all the limitations your body experiences, shift the perspective and instead focus on what you can do. Maybe you can run one or two miles without calling it quits- and that's pretty great! 

It takes time to build progress. Give yourself the chance to improve and celebrate and congratulate yourself over what you've already accomplished.
