1. Soften Elbows
The winter season has a tendency to bring on ashy elbows, and if you've been fighting them with lotion but to no avail, it might be time to try out the lemon trick. Cut your lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Then pour some baking soda into the halves, spreading it around the walls and on the bottom. Stick your elbows in for a few minutes, and rinse. You should have healthier, smoother skin in no time.
