21. Counter Disinfectant
Lemon peels have been shown to protect against salmonella and kill food and plant based bacteria, making them a natural kitchen cleaning agent. To make one, all you need to do if fill up a jar halfway with lemon peels, and then pour white vinegar on top. Let it steep for two weeks, and then transfer it into a spray bottle. Spray down your kitchen wherever there is a lot of food prep involved.
